FOSTECH® is compatible with simple NPK sources and minor element cores, allowing it to be mixed with other fertilizers. However, when mixing it with urea, the hygroscopic nature of the latter product should be considered, especially in regions with high relative humidity. This may hinder the storage and application of the blends. Therefore, it is recommended to apply blends containing urea, ammonium sulfate, and potassium on the same day they are prepared.
This fertilizer is presented in granular form, making it easy to mix with other NPK sources. When using FOSTECH®, it is possible to partially replace more expensive phosphorus sources, resulting in cost benefits. FOSTECH® has a basicity index of +40, indicating its ability to neutralize soil acidity and improve its pH.
